How do I place my order?
Steps for ordering and completion of your job are as follows:

The contact form on your left if you have any questions otherwise follow the instructions below.

  1. Gather together the slides/negatives/photos that you would like to have scanned
  2. Contact us by phone or email to discuss details of your job (pricing, format, deadline, delivery details)
  3. Pack your slides/negatives/photos into a box and post, courier or hand deliver to the address that we give you in our email, WA only
  4. Upon receipt of your delivery, we contact you to confirm your order and an ETA
  5. Once the job is completed to your specifications, we contact you to arrange payment and delivery
  6. We return your originals and scans by registed post, courier/post, or you collect in person
